LEADERSHIP
The chapter is led by a group of seven officers, collectively known as the Executive Committee, which are elected by their peers to serve a one calendar-year term. They oversee the direction of the chapter as well as appoint and direct chair positions, which make up the remainder of the chapter's leadership. An OU staff member who is a BYX alumnus acts as the chapter's advisor, and also sits on the Executive Committee. The chapter leadership reports to the national chapter through the chapter's national advisor.
